Late Night Catechism creator Maripat Donovan and company return to The Laguna Playhouse March 13 thru April 8, 2012 to perform their most recent installment of hilarity titled Sisters Easter Catechism: Will My Bunny go to Heaven?

Written by Maripat Donovan and Mark Silvia and also Directed by Silvia, “Sister” answers age old questions of the Easter season like “Why isn’t Easter on the same day every year like Christmas?”, and “Will my bunny go to Heaven?” This latest of the comedic Late Nite Catechism series unearths the origins of Easter bunnies, eggs, baskets, bonnets, and, of course, those yummy Peeps. Sister answers questions about Saint Francis, patron saint of animals, pet heaven, and the significance of those adorable baby chicks!

Laguna Playhouse Artistic Director, Ann E. Wareham offers, “There is so much excitement in and around our community about the return of Maripat Donovan in her “Sister’s” role and for this new Easter adventure. Maripat is sure to deliver, as our audiences have come to expect, a show filled with hilarity, audience participation and loads of laughs.”
