HOW LOVE LASTS Set for Red Gate Recorders

By:

One young couple (Brooke Bishop and Daniel Landberg) drove for 30 days, through 20 states, interviewing 50 happy couples about their relationships. How Love Lasts brings these couples' true stories to life on stage in an intimate, 50-seat setting.

How Love Lasts is written and directed by Brooke Bishop (founding Artistic Director of The City Shakespeare Company) in the documentary-theatre tradition of The Laramie Project. There will be nine performances, beginning on Friday, November 6. How Love Lasts will play through November 21 at Red Gate Recorders in Eagle Rock.

The cast features (in alphabetical order) Claudia Crook, Eduardo Fernandez-Baumann, David Hartstone, Samantha Smart, and Paul Weinberg. Costume and set design is by Elizabeth Lanier, and live music is composed and performed by Daniel Landberg.

Opening is set for Friday, November 6 at 8pm. The running schedule is then Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 8pm, with an additional matinee on Saturday, November 14 at 4pm. The engagement will end on Saturday, November 21. Runtime is 90 minutes, no intermission. All seats are available on a Pay What You Want basis, and may be reserved online at www.howlovelasts.com/live-show or by calling (323) 577-5278.
