Fringe Theatre Company to Present World Premiere of DIGBY'S NEW WIFE, 4/12-5/3

By:

Fringe Theatre Company will present the World Premiere of a fast-paced comedy filled with exciting characters that will leave you laughing in the aisles. Digby's New Wife opens Saturday, April 12th and runs Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 7 p.m. through May 3rd.

All tickets are $15. Presented by Fringe Theatre Company at the Avery Schreiber Playhouse, 4934 Lankershim Boulevard, North Hollywood, CA 91601. To purchase tickets go to www.fringetheatreco.com.

Digby's New Wife is the tale of a newly-wed young man and how his crazy friends (and some interesting strangers) threaten to jeopardize his new marriage. Throw in a wacky ex-girlfriend and a diary named Diana, and you've got an evening filled with non-stop laughs. But the real kicker is this: the audience gets to choose the ending. Voting takes place during intermission and the actors perform the ending the audience has chosen.

Written by Paul Storiale and his improv troupe Comedy Bandits (Biff Miller, Aaron Stall, Gina Bishop, Annie Bond, Francesca Smith, Jill Zwarensteyn, Jake Bennett & Matthew Nye) and directed by Stacy Ann Raposa, this world premiere will be performed by a diverse group of talented actors: Mieko Beyer, Felipe Figueroa, Daniel Kohl, Heather Ludwig, Jarg, Biff Miller, Esther Mira, Sharon Munfus, Casey O' Keefe and Andy Reynolds.
