EPIC Players Los Angeles to Present BORN THIS CABARET

On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, EPIC Players Los Angeles will present Born This Cabaret, an uplifting evening of music, storytelling, and celebration at the Renberg Theater at the Los Angeles LGBT Center in Hollywood. Featuring queer artists and allies from EPIC's neurodiverse ensemble, the cabaret celebrates identity, self-expression, and the joy of taking up space - onstage and beyond.

The performance comes as EPIC Players approaches its 10th anniversary season, marking a decade of pioneering neuroinclusive theater and creating professional opportunities for Neurodivergent and Disabled artists. While EPIC LA officially launched in 2024, the West Coast chapter has quickly become an important extension of the company's mission, building community and expanding access to inclusive performing arts opportunities in Los Angeles.

"At a time when visibility and belonging matter more than ever, Pride Cabaret is about celebrating people exactly as they are," said Jessica Saul, Program Director of EPIC Players Los Angeles. "This performance uplifts queer Neurodivergent and Disabled voices while creating a joyful, affirming space where artists can share their stories authentically. As EPIC approaches its 10th anniversary, it's powerful to see that mission continuing to grow across coasts."

The evening will feature musical performances directed by Casey Comstock Mills and performed by EPIC Players LA artists including Jacki Jing, Chelsea Darnell, Tristen Bonacci, Layla Weiner, Luna Floerke, Bianca Addison, Abe Shapiro, Bowe Avery, Teal Kim, Amanda Castrillo, Red Rosenberg, Em Forrest, Michelle Jace, Bella Bitran, Socks Whitmore, Harry Schantz, Jenna Grabow, George Steeves, and Kait Phelan.

EPIC Players (Empower, Perform, Include, Create) is a nonprofit, neurodiverse theater company dedicated to creating professional performing arts opportunities and supportive social communities for Neurodivergent and Disabled artists. Founded in New York City in 2016, EPIC produces inclusive mainstage productions, musical cabarets, original showcases, skills-based classes, and career resources while working to increase employment opportunities, pioneer inclusion in the arts, and break down social stigmas surrounding neurodiverse communities.

Since expanding to Los Angeles in 2024, EPIC Players LA has continued to build momentum through performances, cabarets, and community programming that center inclusive storytelling and showcase the talents of Neurodivergent and Disabled artists on the West Coast.

The event will take place at the Renberg Theater at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, located at 1118 North McCadden Place.
