BARK! follows six canine characters for one day at Deena's Doggie Daycare. From the little puppy who yearns to bark like a real dog, to the opera singing poodle and the street mutt who raps - this musical possesses the huge heart and the playful joyfulness present in man's truest friends. The entire show is presented from a dog's point of view. Young and old, men and women, children of all ages and the young at heart all find an emotional connection with BARK! Howlingly funny, fast-paced and sometimes poignant, BARK! is the new must see American musical. If you love your dog, you will love BARK!

BARK! made its world premiere in Los Angeles at The Coast Playhouse in 2004. The show received reviews including Critic's Choice from the Los Angeles Times. The show ran for two years and became the 3rd longest running show in Los Angeles history. The show received nominations for Best Musical Score & Best Choreography from the LA Critics' Drama Circle Awards. The show has since had productions in Illinois, Oregon, Tennessee, Arizona, Florida, and Anchorage Alaska. In 2010, a production in Brazil follows the Civic Light Opera production in California.
