Stages Presents GREASE, 5/4 & 5

Stages, A Children's Theatre Workshop, Inc., presents Grease at the Bay Street Theatre in Sag Harbor on Saturday, May 4 at 2 pm and 7:30 pm, and Sunday, May 5 at 2 pm.

Grease was first performed on Broadway in 1972 with book, music and lyrics by Jim Jacobs and WarRen Casey. "Grease" the movie, which opened in 1978 starring Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta, has become one of the most popular musicals of all time.

Stages' production of Grease is directed and choreographed by Helene Leonard and performed by over thirty local young actors ages eight to eighteen. The musical accompaniment is provided by Amanda Jones on piano and James Benard on percussion and bass.
