Now You're Talking! Presents Facing the Music: Stories of Sex, Drugs & Rock 'n' Roll
The allure of sex, drugs and rock 'n roll has been the hallmark of teenagers' lives since the 1950s. Come hear six storytellers share true stories about how it influenced their lives, including a teenage Rolling Stones fan who parlayed his love of the band into a 1970s fanzine and entrée into their world, a 1980s college student who falls for an older man singing Desperado at a local café, and a young girl desperate to land on the cover of her favorite band's upcoming album. As an added bonus, My Father's Place legend and owner Eppy Epstein will also tell a never-before-heard story about one of his adventures!
