Spinning Tree Theatre Presents Professional Premiere of 13 THE MUSICAL Starring KC's Own Teens

Spinning Tree Theater's upcoming KC professional premiere of the Jason Robert Brown musical "13" features 19 Kansas City teens who are stars-in-the-making. These kids are from all over the metro area. The production opens for previews on Thursday, Feb. 11 with the run continuing that weekend and through the end of the month.

Spinning Tree Theatre is professional company and for most of these kids, being in this show is their official "professional" debut. These teens are working with some of Kansas City's best theatrical talent including Spinning Tree's founders Michael Grayman and Andrew Parkhurst, music director Gary Green and choreographer Kenny Personett. It is a wonderful story of paying it forward.
