Production Intern

The first production for De La Sal Productions is seeking 1-2 production interns to support costumes, admin, marketing, and day of show support for Blinds, a new play by Edie Salas Miller, directed by Cindy De La Cruz.



In person requirements are performance dates November 16, 20, and 22 at Teatro Latea on the Lower East Side as well as a few days to join us in rehearsal.



This role offers hands-on experience with an independent theater production, working closely with the producing team, director, and three-person cast.



Responsibilities include (if you only have one or none and want to learn, that's cool too!):



-Supporting Instagram promotion, content creation, and audience outreach.

-Taking videos and photos of rehearsal

-Helping organize rehearsal schedules, production notes, and company communications (REMOTE)

-Assisting with show day preparation

-Running the board for the minimal tech



We’re looking for someone organized, communicative, and interested in independent theater. Experience with social media or stage management would rock but also, if you just love theater and want to learn more about this side of things, that's amazing too!



Location: New York City

Commitment: 11/16 (ALL DAY), 11/20 (7pm to 11pm), 11/22 (1pm to 6pm), at least 3-4 In person Rehearsals, remote admin work

Compensation: $75 stipend
