General Manager- - Alley Theatre working with Management Consultants for the Arts

Alley Theatre is looking for a talented individual to join the team to work directly with the Managing Director, Artistic Director and leadership team in extensive supervision and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the theatre. Compensation Amount The annual salary range for the General Manager starts at $140,000 and includes a generous benefit package commensurate with other organizations of its size, including: • Family health/dental/life/ long term disability/vision insurance plans; medical deductibles are fully paid by Alley; • A 401(k) plan with a 5% match from the Alley; • Paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal days; • Free parking. The hiring decision will be made by a search committee of the Alley’s board and staff members. They hope to make a final decision in Q4 of 2025, with the new General Manager onsite as soon thereafter as possible.
