Professional World Premiere of The Luck, a musical written by The Lubben Brothers (https://www.thelubbenbrothers.com/)
Presented by PenArts (penarts.org) with support from ACE Pensacola and Foo Foo Fest 2025.
When the only woman of Roaring Camp dies in childbirth, the surviving men must decide between the illusive hunt for California gold and raising a baby boy. Set at the tail end of the California gold rush, THE LUCK is an adventurous and heartbreaking folk-musical, driven by a relentless thread of hope and redemption.
Inspired by Bret Harte's novella "The Luck of Roaring Camp"
