Dance school Accademia Teatro alla Scala at Teatro Strehler

Great dancers are trained at the Scuola di Ballo del Teatro alla Scala, since 1813 onwards, the year of its founding. Today this prestigious Academy diploma opens the doors of major international companies, starting precisely from the Corps de ballet of La Scala, which the school can be considered the "nursery". It is always exciting to see young students perform in what, over five years, is their institutional show at the Teatro Strehler: children and young people which test their talent performing choreography ranging from classical-modern dance-academic.
