25 years on, the revival of this essential, gripping work comes to the Abbey stage for three nights only.
A theatrical score by Thierry de Mey and Peter Vermeersch drives relentless, risky choreography – this is not normal body language. Bricks are hurled across the stage, bodies collide in mid-air. Instinct takes over and trust is everything in this dangerous, combative environment.
What the Body Does Not Remember is presented by Dublin Dance Festival in association with the Abbey Theatre.
