Setanta Murphy is a young man with a lot of time on his hands. Paddy is his grand-uncle, a cantankerous 90 year old with a razor sharp tongue that spends his days around town and his night at the dog track. When Paddy gets sick, they are thrown into the messy world of public hospitals until Paddy finds himself in a nursing home, plotting his escape. This is a touching and funny story of a relationship between and old man and his nephew as they attempt to navigate their way through ups and downs of the Irish Health system.
