Off-Broadway Alliance Extends Registration For Spring 2024 20at20 Program

Due to the high demand, The Off-Broadway Alliance has extended registration for the Spring 2024 20at20 program. Off-Broadway shows now have until Wednesday, March 29th, 2024 to register and participate in this highly anticipated program. The 20at20 program is designed to increase visibility and sales for participating Off-Broadway shows by offering $20 tickets 20 minutes before curtain for a limited period of 21 days.

The Spring 2024 20at20 event will run from Monday, April 1st through Wednesday, April 24th, 2024. 20at20 has been proven to be a successful platform for Off-Broadway shows in previous years, providing increased visibility and boosting ticket sales. Participating performances have experienced a notable increase in audience turnout and earnings. As in previous years, the participation cost for this spring's program is $200 per show, which includes a $150 registration fee and a $50 advance on ticket commissions.

For every $20 ticket sold during 20at20, a $2 commission will be paid to the Off-Broadway Alliance. This commission helps support the organization's efforts to promote and sustain the Off-Broadway community.

The Off-Broadway Alliance encourages all Off-Broadway shows to take advantage of this extended registration period. The earlier a show registers and submits payment, the more likely it is to be included in the program's marketing materials. 20at20 will be promoted extensively through various channels, including email blasts, print collateral, banner ads, social media, and the official program website.

In addition to the marketing support provided by the Off-Broadway Alliance, each participating show will provide 10 vouchers, each valid for 2 tickets. These vouchers can be used for promotions, such as sweepstakes with promotional partners, and potential barter advertising opportunities.

The Off-Broadway Alliance reminds all participating shows that reporting on all 20at20 ticket sales is due no later than May 8th, 2024.
