PHILADANCO Takes The Stage At Madame Walker Theatre 10/17

Philadanco plays the Madame Walker Theatre Center October 17th.
The internationally acclaimed Philadelphia Dance Company (PHILADANCO) will present an exciting mixed repertory program at the historic Madame Walker Theatre. The 15-member ensemble is best known for innovative choreography and expressive dancing that blends African-American based movement with ballet, jazz and edgy modern styles.
The show opens with a ballet that is light, pretty and full of turns, lifts and beautiful movement and closes with the company's own version of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater's signature work, Revelations.
