25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee at Rice University

A quirky group of mid-pubescent spellers compete for the championship title. Among them are the last year's winner, a student who uses his foot to spell, and an accelerated elementary school student. The moderators include a Vice Principal "who is much better now," a past winner, and a Comfort Counselor serving out his parole with Community Service. Losers get juice boxes and a hug!
