The Grand 1894 Opera House will present Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, Friday, December 5, 2014 at 8 pm, in celebration of the annual Dickens on the Strand Festival. For many fans, it's a favorite time to dress in period costume, and patrons are invited enter into the spirit of the evening at The Grand. A timeless tale of hope and redemption, A Christmas Carol has enchanted audiences around the world since it was first published, in 1843! The miserly Ebenezer Scrooge, his overworked-underpaid clerk Bob Cratchit, the angelic Tiny Tim, and the Ghosts of Christmases Past, Present, and Future come together in a highly entertaining theatrical performance.

This new adaptation of Dickens' ever-popular classic fills the stage with veteran Broadway actors, lush costumes, stunning sets, music, and dance. With beloved traditional carols of the season included, A Christmas Carol is a captivating

experience for audiences of all ages.
