Charles Lindbergh: The Lone Eagle, written and performed by historian and actor Steve Carroll, pays tribute to the indomitable will and ambition of Charles Lindbergh, an aviation pioneer most famous for completing the first solo non-stop transatlantic flight from New York to Paris in 1927. The play examines how Lindbergh achieved worldwide fame with his flight to Paris, then paid the price for that fame by losing his privacy, a normal family life, and his firstborn son.
