Fort Wayne Ballet Announces 62nd Season Opening Weekend Program Fort Wayne Ballet's Season 62nd Opening Weekend Performance will include LIGHT RAIN, PAS DE DEESSES, and BOLERO. The weekend is September 28 and September 29.

Thanks to popular demand, Fort Wayne Ballet has been granted permission to present an encore performance of The Gerald Arpino Foundation's very unique and beloved LIGHT RAIN - an energetic, amorous contemporary piece that makes audiences leap to their feet in applause. It's a gorgeous work of moving art. Mark your calendar. Get your tickets! This is the Rain everybody loves!

You will also enjoy a piece by the great Robert Joffrey, PAS DE DEESSES, or Dance of the Goddesses. This delightful piece, also performed with the permission of The Gerald Arpino Foundation, features three ballerinas competing for the attention of a single male. We'll round out the program with a commissioned contemporary work of Ravel's BOLERO choreographed by Fort Wayne's own Tracy Tritz. Come and be amazed!
