Overview
Seattle Rep's Winky Hussey Professional Arts Training Program (WHPATP) offers season-long paid apprenticeships (about 2,000 hours, August to June) for early-career theatre workers; for 2026/27 the production tracks were Lighting Design, Production Management, Scenic Paint, and Stage Management (two positions). Apprentices are paid at Seattle minimum wage ($21.30 per hour) with paid sick time, holidays, and a transit benefit, and take part in departmental seminars, shadowing at partner theatres, management and leadership training, OSHA certification, and IATSE Training Trust classes. Eligibility
