CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF Comes to Gilbert Theater Beginning 6/1

Tennessee William's classic play, CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF, will be produced at the Gilbert Theater from June 1 to June 10. The play will feature local and guest artists to explore the human condition.

In a plantation house, a family celebrates Big Daddy as he turns 65. Despite the celebration, greed and desperation plague the mood. Maggie, Big Daddy's daughter-in-law wants to share the news of her pregnancy, but she meets opposition from the family. CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF tells a story of fortitude, passion and retrieval from a path of destruction.
