Equity actors 18+ for roles in Seattle Childrens Theatre 2023-24 Season (see breakdown).

Local actors encouraged to attend.

PREPARATION

Please prepare one monologue and, should you elect to sing, a brief cut of a song. There will be a piano accompanist available. If you elect to sing, please bring the sheet music for your song in the correct key, please do not plan to accompany yourself or sing a cappella.

Our rehearsal schedule is 5-6 days a week, typically 10a-6p. Monday is the day off. Our performance schedule is 11 shows per week.

An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition.

BREAKDOWN

Equity encourages everyone participating in the auditions to wear a two-ply cloth face mask, surgical mask, singer’s mask or respirator (N95, KN95 or KF94). Single-ply face masks, gaiters and bandanas are not recommended. Singer’s masks can be found at www.broadwayreliefproject.com/singersmask.

Equity encourages members to prepare for their audition prior to arriving at the audition venue, to the extent that they can (e.g., get dressed, hair/make-up, etc.) to avoid crowding in bathrooms and dressing rooms.
