BREAKDOWN
Carlin McCullough:
Girl, 10- 13. A tennis prodigy, although we do not see her playing tennis.. Carlin is playful and sweet, and is devoid of brattiness, despite being a champion in the junior world of tennis. She is very close with her mom and sees her coach as the father she never had.
Carlin McCullough:
Young woman, 17-22. Carlin is a teenager grappling with the decision to get a D2 athletic scholarship after having spent her childhood as a celebrated phenom. She has a wonderful sense of humor and is very smart. She is in love with her junior coach, and struggles with how, or if, to tell him. She does not have an entitled air about her and is wise beyond her years.
