Andi – Female, 18+ to play 12. Character portrayed is Mac’s daughter. Half-white, half-Latine. Shy, uncertain. Has been told she’ll definitely blossom in college.
Mac – Male, 50s. Character portrayed is Andi’s dad. White. A construction worker. Talks least, says most.
Samantha – Female, 18+ to play 9. Character portrayed is Glen’s granddaughter. Half-white, half-Asian. Bold. A Sunday school teacher’s nightmare.
Glen – Male, 60s. Character portrayed is Samantha’s grandfather. White. Tribe leader and church goer. Affable.
Lily – Female, 18+ to play 11. Character portrayed is Chris’ stepdaughter. Hazel’s biological sister. Native American (with roots in Mexico and the American Southwest). Big personality, knows who she is and what she wants. Star of the school play.
Hazel – Female, 18+ to play 9. Character portrayed is Chris’ stepdaughter. Lily’s biological sister. Native American (with roots in Mexico and the American Southwest). Carefree, sometimes a little confused. The kind of kid to take a newt home from the creek in her pocket.
Chris – Male, 40s. Character portrayed is Lily and Hazel’s stepdad. White. Attorney. Talks most, says least.
Maisey – Female, 18+ to play 10. Character portrayed is Wayne’s daughter. Black. Adopted. More comfortable around adults than other kids. Does not mean adults are comfortable around her.
Wayne – Male, 40s. Character portrayed is Maisey’s dad. White. Adoptive. Former account logistics manager. Recently laid off, insecure.
