This is a musical. All actors must be funny, quirky, versatile performers along the lines of Saturday Night Live or Forbidden Broadway. All actors must be strong singers with a pop sensibility. Ethnic performers encouraged to submit.
ALL ACTORS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO AUDITION, REHEARSE, AND TRAVEL FROM NYC.
ALL ACTORS ARE SIGNED ON AS ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS, and will be required, as such, to lift scenery, costumes and sound equipment during daily load-in and load outs (up to 60 lbs). Artist Activity may be included in this contract.
SEEKING:
[FEMALE 1]
Soprano with strong pop/soul sensibility, good with alto harmonies. 18+ Character actress, well-versed in comedy and accents. Plays everything from a precocious little girl to a swinging firefly,to a glamorous diva guinea pig. Ethnic performers encouraged to submit.
[FEMALE 2]
Legit/musical theatre soprano with good mix. Petite actress, 18+ to play a child believably. Ability to be both sincere and silly with great comedic timing. Plays a kitten trying to climb to the moon for a drink of milk, a bumblebee back-up singer, and a fairytale princess who doesn’t get her prince. Ethnic performers encouraged to submit.

Soprano with strong belt and pop/rock sensibility. Cute, perky 18+ actress to play everything from an owner of a pet fly, to a plucky little mouse, to a wise mother worm with a big voice. Ethnic performers encouraged to submit.
[MALE 1]
Bari-tenor. 18 + Character actor with great comic chops. Plays everything from an owner of a pet fly, to a lovable schoolteacher, to a gruff drill sergeant mouse. Ethnic performers encouraged to submit.

Legit/musical theatre tenor with pop sensibility. Fresh-faced actor, 18+, with great comic chops. Plays everything from pet fly, and snobby prince, to an optimistic worm. Ethnic performers encouraged to submit.
[MALE 3]
(Fluffy, Spider) High character/musical theatre tenor. 18+ actor with great charm and character ability. Plays a show-stopping guinea pig, a nerdy but loyal mouse, and the coolest spider in the insect world. No taller than 5’9”. Ethnic performers encouraged to submit.
