BREAKDOWN

SALLY BOWLES
Female. Mezzo-soprano. Character is in her mid-20s to mid-30s. A British cabaret singer at the Kit Kat Klub. Charming, slightly manic nightclub singer with a faint aura of desperation. Seeking an actress who sings and dances well.

HERR SCHULTZ
Male. Bari-tenor. Character is in his late 40s to 60s. German-Jewish, a warm, wise and funny middle-class man. He is helpless in the face of the quickly crumbling Germany around him. Seeking an actor who sings. Light movement/dance (waltz).
