SEEKING

Most of the season has been CAST. Performers with strong training in Shakespeare and / or music, dance, and musical theatre for a few available roles and also for consideration of possible replacements if needed.

PREPARATION

A Shakespeare monologue of your choice, not to exceed sixty seconds in length, and / or 16 bars to be sung a cappella. Bring picture and resume.

The Midterm SHAKE Up:A Night of Shakespeare’s Iconic Political Scenes
Written by William Shakespeare
Directed by Damon Krometis
First Rehearsal: October 15, 2018
Performance Dates: November 1, 2, 5 + 6, 2018
This event features various scenes from the Shakespearean canon, all with a political bent. E.G. “Friends, Romans, countrymen” from Julius Caesar.

Ensemble Member 1 - Playing various roles - CAST
Ensemble Member 2 - Playing various roles - CAST
Ensemble Member 3 - Playing various roles - CAST
We will see performers for potential additional ensemble members, and / or replacements.

Who Is Eartha Mae?A One-Woman Show About Eartha Kitt
Created + Performed by Jade Wheeler
Directed by Cailin Doran
First Rehearsal: January 2, 2019
Opening Night: Feb 3, 2019
Closing Night: Feb 23, 2019
Roles:
Eartha Mae - More popularly known as Eartha Kitt - CAST
This one-woman show is performed by its playwright. We will see performers for emergency understudy / replacement only.

The Marvelous Party: PRIDE
Directed by John Tracey
First Rehearsal: May 27, 2019
Performance Dates: June 6 + 7, 2019
This party-performance is a fundraising benefit for Bridge Rep and will feature a variety of queer poetry and music. It is being produced under the auspices of the Theatre Authority. An honorarium will be provided.
Roles:
Actors / singers / dancers of any and all demographics are welcome to audition for ensemble roles. Final ensemble size TBD.
