SEEKING
MALE DANCERS WHO SING – For the ensemble. Males, all ethnicities, to play various high school students (basketball players, nerds, jocks, etc.). Should be fantastic, athletic dancers. Tumbling/tricks a plus but not necessary for all dancers.
Also seeking the following Principal Dancer Role at this dance call:
STAN – Male, 17, Maggie’s boyfriend. An arrogant jock, star of the basketball team, gets by academically by the skin of his teeth. He picks on those that are smaller than him. Must have significant dance skills. Tenor voice.
PREPARATION
Please come warmed up and prepared to dance. Jazz sneakers/flats are appropriate. Please have 16-bars of a contemporary musical theatre or pop/rock song to sing in case you are asked. Please bring an updated picture/resume.
