Alberta in Harmony: The Planets brings together the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra for a rare collaborative performance at the Winspear Centre. More than 120 musicians share the stage under the direction of conductor Naomi Woo in her ESO debut, performing Gustav Holst's The Planets alongside the ESO premiere of John Luther Adams' Become Ocean. Belle Canto and Cantilon Chamber Chorus, directed by Heather Johnson, join the orchestras for this large-scale co-production.
