On Saturday, November 28, Ann Arbor's local Barnes & Noble store will host a bookfair to benefit Performance Network Theatre. Patrons who shop in support of Performance Network will have up to 20% of their purchase price donated by Barnes & Noble to the theatre. The cast of Performance Network's CHRISTMAS CAROL'D will also be in the store at 4pm to perform scenes and carols from the production for lucky shoppers.

To participate, shoppers simply need to bring a voucher or mention at the register that they are shopping in support of Performance Network. The voucher is available at http://performancenetwork.org/specialevents.php?

CHRISTMAS CAROL'D presents a cool take on a classic tale as five masterful actors take the audience on a journey of imagination to the heart of a beloved classic. This fresh, new holiday comedy, filled with music and laughter, will reconnect families with the magic of the season.

Barnes & Noble is located at 3235 Washtenaw in Ann Arbor.

Founded in 1981, Performance Network Theatre has grown from a fledgling company to Ann Arbor's only resident, professional theatre. The Network reaches 40,000 theatre patrons and children each year through the year-round Professional Series and The Children's Theatre Network. Performance Network also presents the Fireside Festival of New Works and a series of classes on theatre-related topics. The Network provides uncompromising artistic leadership in the region and produces works that engage, challenge and inspire audiences and artists.
