Paragon Theatre is proud to present the final reading in the 2009 season of The Trench: Paragon's New Play Development Series with Donald Fried's SHAKESPEARE INCORPORATED

Please join us on MONDAY, NOV 9TH for this FREE staged reading at 7pm at The Crossroads Theater.

SHAKESPEARE INCORPORATED by Donald R. Fried

SHAKESPEARE INCORPORATED is a zany, but historically possible take on the controversy over who really wrote the works attributed to William Shakespeare. Hint: it isn't the hopelessly untalented Bard of Avon, who winds up as the unwitting front man for an ever-expanding array of Elizabethan authors, aristocrats, and scoundrels.

Playwright Don Fried lived and worked in Europe for 30 years in the I.T. services industry. He moved to Colorado and retired in 2006 to become a playwright. In the first 2 1/2 years of his new career, 5 of his plays were produced.

SHAKESPEARE INCORPORATED by Donald R. Fried
Directed by GeRee Hinshaw

Featuring: Emily Paton Davies, Josh Hartwell , Jarrad Holbrook, Geoffrey Kent, Billie McBride, Sean Mellott, Jono Waldman and Stephen Weitz

This FREE reading will take place Monday, Nov 9th at 7:00 PM at The Crossroads Theater, 2590 Washington Street.

The Trench: Paragon's New Play Development Series is designed to give Colorado playwrights the opportunity to develop and improve their writing while gaining vital exposure to a larger audience. All Trench readings are free and open to the public and are followed by a mediated talk back and refreshments.
