Dare To Defy Productions To Present Beloved Classic THE WIZARD OF OZ
On March 8 & 9, Dare 2 Inspire: Theatre 4 Young Artists, will present The Wizard of Oz on The Victoria Theatre stage! Join us as 58 young artists bring to life the beloved tale of Dorothy and her three new friends, the Scarecrow, Tinman, and Cowardly Lion, as they trot tunefully down an infamous yellow brick road making their way to Emerald City in search of The Wizard of Oz!
Dare 2 Inspire aims to make cutting-edge and meaningful theatre experiences accessible to all students in the area. Dare 2 Inspire seeks to create an environment where all children feel welcomed, empowered, respected, and supported by adults as well as their peers, using theatrical and pro-social education in addition to the creation of vibrant full-scale productions, the dual platforms offer facilitation of this experience. Through our educational methods and the process of our productions, we envision helping create a new generation of confident, articulate, dynamic, and altruistic young people who will make positive impacts on their communities, whether they choose a career in the performing arts or otherwise.
