Tenacity Dance Company LLC

Tenacity Dance Company is a Wichita, Kansas dance studio led by Jayna Lucia, now operating from a new location at 6803 W. Taft, Suite 403. It teaches Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Creative Movement and combination classes, plus a Special Needs class. The studio promotes a Tenacious Teaching Method built on age-appropriate progression, individualised encouragement and visual, imagery-based instruction, and a Tenacious Teamwork Triangle in which teachers and parents jointly support the student. It notes that it has Wichita's only American Ballet Theatre certified teacher and is an Acrobatic Arts certified studio. A Competitive Company is offered for dancers ready to commit more time, meeting twice a week with required technique and rehearsal classes. Four age-graded programs cover Petit (3.5-5.5), Mini (5.5-9) and Junior, Teen and Senior divisions for ages 9 and up.
