Lucille Murray Studio of Dance

Lucille Murray's Studio of Dance is a neighborhood dance school at 155 West Broadway in Monticello, Minnesota, a few blocks from State Highway 25 and Interstate 94. The studio describes its aim as affordable, quality instruction in a fun, structured and supportive environment, and takes students from age 2 through adult. Teaching is built around combination classes that pair jazz with lyrical ballet or ballet with tap, alongside standalone classes in hip-hop, tap and kickline/precision. A Mommy/Daddy & Me class serves two-year-olds, and there are a boys-only class, adult classes and ballroom. Dancers can stay recreational or audition for the studio's competition teams, and the studio also runs special sessions such as a father-daughter dance, production numbers, private lessons, summer classes and a summer day camp.
