About this studio
Kiki Dance Studio & Wellness Center is a pole and aerial fitness studio in Jonesboro, Arkansas, serving Northeast Arkansas. Rather than a conventional children's dance curriculum, it teaches apparatus and circus-based movement to adults and children using aerial silks, pole silks, yoga trapeze, lyra, hula hoop spinning and juggling, with classes focused on core conditioning, flexibility training and pole fitness. The studio frames its program around building strength, stamina and self-confidence as well as weight loss and stress reduction, and states that pole and aerial fitness supports psychological and emotional health. It markets classes to a wide range of participants including cancer survivors, new mothers and people looking to meet others, and also hosts private events such as bachelorette parties and birthday parties. Merchandise, poles and other equipment are sold through the studio.
