About this studio
The School for Dance is the official training school of Ballet Arkansas, the state's professional ballet company, based at 520 Main Street in Little Rock. Ballet Arkansas is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in its forty-seventh season, performing a repertory of classical and contemporary works and reaching close to 50,000 audience members a year. The school takes students of every age and stage, from preschoolers taking first steps through aspiring professionals and adult dancers, with a curriculum built on technical excellence, artistry, creative expression and wellness. It is staffed entirely by current Ballet Arkansas company artists, caps class sizes and offers sliding-scale tuition, discounts and scholarships.
