About this studio
Chris Collins Dance Studio (CCDS) has served Northern Virginia from 5408 Eisenhower Avenue in Alexandria since 1975 and is entering its 50th dance season, with the motto "Building Confidence and Making Memories." Owner Chris Collins and a staff of certified teachers focus on proper technique and artistry while keeping classes enjoyable, and the studio says it measures success in smiles. Classes run from creative movement for the youngest students through all levels of tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, lyrical/contemporary, acro, hip hop, musical theatre, Cecchetti ballet and leaps and turns, and adult classes are also offered.
