Center Stage Dance Co. Ltd. is a Staten Island, New York studio at 10 Akron St., now in its 13th season. It describes its mission as creating a fun, hard-working, all-inclusive space where young dancers strengthen technique and grow as artists, with an emphasis on quality instruction and inclusivity. Classes cover a range of genres and age groups: acrobatics with hands-on spotting, classical ballet with barre and center work, hip hop, a leaps and turns class, a combined lyrical and jazz class, modern, and tap. New families get a free first week of classes with no commitment, and the studio runs a competition team and annual recitals.
