Ochre House Theater Presents the World Premiere of SMILE, SMILE AGAIN
By: BWW News Desk
Ochre House Theater is pleased to present the world premiere of SMILE, SMILE AGAIN, an engrossing parable about the fullness of life. In the aftermath of World War One, a soldier is stuck in the mud, unable to escape the pitfalls of trench warfare. A madman, who finds the soldier, believes he has discovered a mythical soldier-plant, growing from the ground and requiring the care of a gardener. The ensuing poetic struggle features entrancing language, original music, and a bizarre, surreal landscape.
