Folk Icon Ramblin' Jack Elliott Heads South For November Tour Dates ImageSpanning six decades, the career of Ramblin' Jack Elliott is still going strong. At 86, the lover of storytelling and veteran troubadour style musician still takes to the long and winding road on tour. Fresh from shows with John Prine in Northern California and Nevada, the two-time GRAMMY winner and National Medal for the Arts recipient will make his way through Texas and onto Louisiana in November.

As an icon of American roots and folk music he has influenced countless artists including some of the most well-known of our time and those emerging onto the Folk/Americana scene today. With a friend in nearly every state and countries around the world, Ramblin' Jack's long career has proven he is as personable as he is musical, taking audiences right into the heart, soul and history of American folk music.

Featured on Bob Weir's 2016 release, Blue Mountain, the two-time GRAMMY winner and National Medal for the Arts Recipient proves he's still got it. He performed live last year at the renowned Life and Songs of Kris Kristofferson concert, and was recently honored by The Woody Guthrie Center with an enshrined seat. Presented with the 2016 Folk Alliance Lifetime Achievement award, Ramblin' Jack Elliott continues his 60+ year musical journey as one of America's most legendary foundations of folk.
