Community Bank Presents Casa Mañana’s Children’s Theatre Production of OLIVER, Closes 10/30

Casa Mañana's 2011 - 2012 Children's Theatre season kicks off with the musical classic Oliver! presented by Community Bank, October 14 - 30 at Casa Mañana Theatre. Tickets are on sale now.

The timeless tale of Oliver Twist comes to life on stage in the hit musical Oliver! Join little Oliver on the colorful but perilous streets of London, as he meets the Artful Dodger and Fagin's gang of young pick-pockets in the search for a family to call his own. Based on the Charles Dickens novel, this beloved story features classic songs including "I'd Do Anything," "Where is Love?" and "Consider Yourself."

Logan Macaulay is starring in the role of "Oliver." J. Mendl is playing the role of "Artful Dodger" and Doug LoPachin is playing the role of "Fagin." Macaulay has appeared in several Casa Mañana productions including The Wizard of Oz, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Bass Performance Hall. Mendl is making his Casa Mañana debut. LoPachin recently starred in Casa Mañana's production of Hairspray as "Wilbur Turnblad" and his other Casa Mañana credits include Disney's My Son Pinocchio, Evita and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

Additional cast members include Jennifer Boswell, Paul Grant, Debbie Brown, Alan Pollard, Mary McElree, Christopher J. Deaton and Rachel Marek.

Youth cast members include Hayden Hart, Haley Afflack, Lauren Magee, Reagan Shankland, Brooke Verbois, Victoria Wilson, Autumn Young, Bobby Rochelle, Luke Boyce, Tristin Thomas, Ashton Miramontes, Morgan Brignac, Monica Music, Morgan Maxey, Clay Slee,
Whitney Pavell, Faith Stalzer, Tiffany Stringer, Avery Presson, Erin Patterson, Will Singleton, Caleb Midkiff, Grayson Pollard, Westin Brown, Brandon Shreve, Felicia Stalzer, Addie Presson and Ellie Hertel

David Overton is the Director, Joe Sturgeon is the Artistic Director, Jeremy Dumont is the Choreographer, Aimee Hurst Bozarth is the Musical Director and Tammy Spencer is the Costumer.

The performance schedule is: Friday, October 14 at 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, October 15 at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.; Sunday, October 16 at 2:00 p.m.; Friday, October 21 at 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, October 22 at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.; Sunday, October 23 at 2:00 p.m.; Friday, October 28 at 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, October 29 at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 30 at 2:00 p.m.
