Best of Loop 2014 Winners Revealed

WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director and Loop Executive Producer Terry Martin today announced the winners of the Best of Loop 2014 in the three categories: Best of Main Space, Best of Studio Theatre, and Best of Stone Cottage. Loop passholders only were eligible to vote in all three categories. The voting took place last night and today via an email ballot.

The winners are:

Best of Main Space: *Trick Boxing

Best of Studio Theatre: *No Show: A One Woman Show

Best of Stone Cottage: Roberts' Eternal Goldfish

*Denotes that the artist/company is unavailable to give an "encore" performance.

The Best of the Stone Cottage encore performance will be given by Roberts' Eternal Goldfish. This encore performance will be given in the Studio Theatre (not the Stone Cottage) at 7:30 pm.

Neither the winner in the Best of Main Space or Studio Theatre categories were available to give an encore performance.

Tickets are free to Loop passholders and $10 each to non-passholders.

The 2014 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival ran March 6-16, 2014 at the Addison Theatre and Conference Centre. There were 19 artists and performing companies who participated in this year's festival and seven world premieres as well as 12 new artists/companies making their Festival debut, plus several returning favorites. The Festival included a variety of dance, theatre, cabaret artists and visual arts.
