The Costa Mesa Playhouse is pleased to announce that due to popular demand it has added two extra performances to the run of the Off-Broadway smash hit musical I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change! The added performances are on Friday, May 21 and Saturday, May 22. Show times both nights are 8 p.m.

This musical comedy that delves into the often-wacky world of dating and relationships ran for 12 years Off-Broadway and logged more than 5,000 performances. I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change! is the second longest-running musical in Off-Broadway history (second only to The Fantasticks), and has been produced in more than 400 cities around the world.

In I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change!, four actors (two men and two women) portray a variety of characters, from young adults to senior citizens and everything in between, all looking for love and finding it in unusual and often hysterical ways. Songs such as "He Called Me," "Cantata for a First Date," I Will Be Loved Tonight," and the title song illuminate the many hilarious nuances, follies and challenges of relating to the opposite sex. This laugh-out-loud musical pays tribute to those who have loved and lost, to those who have fallen on their face at the portal of romance, and to those who have dared to ask, "So...what are you doing Saturday night?"

In his review in the Daily Pilot newspaper, Tom Titus called the Costa Mesa Playhouse production of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change! "cleverly constructed, effectively produced and beautifully performed, a bright feather in the Costa Mesa Playhouse's cap."

The Costa Mesa Playhouse's production of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change! features Nicole Dominguez (Woman #1), Emily Price (Woman #2), Shaun Thomas (Man #1), and Stephen Hulsey (Man #2).
