The Wild Party is a darkly brilliant musical by Andrew Lippa, based on the poem by Joseph Moncure March, set in the Prohibition Era and exploring the dangers of excess, love, and betrayal through a jazz score. The production is directed by Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director Sean Harris, his final directorial credit with Playhouse on Park before transitioning to the role of Artistic Advisor, with choreography by Co-Artistic Director Darlene Zoller and music direction by Colin Britt. The cast includes Mollie Downes as Queenie, Trevor Bunce as Burrs, Lily Bucko as Mae, Cory Simmons as Black, and Kathleen Cameron as Madeline True, among others. Sunday performances are followed by a talkback with the cast.
