Set in Chicago during Prohibition, Some Like It Hot tells the story of two musicians who witness a mob hit and must flee for their lives. Leading the North American tour are Matt Loehr as Joe/Josephine, Tavis Kordell as Jerry/Daphne, and Leandra Ellis-Gaston as Sugar. The musical features a vibrant score by Marc Shaiman and lyrics by Scott Wittman and Marc Shaiman, alongside direction and choreography by Casey Nicholaw. Celebrated for its humor and engaging performances, the production has won multiple awards, including four Tony Awards.
