Center Stage Theatre in Shelton will present Neil Simon’s “Rumors” October 13-22.
In this 23rd play written by America's most famous playwright, four couples arrive at the townhouse of a deputy NYC mayor and his wife to attend a party celebrating their tenth wedding anniversary. However, the four couples soon discover that there are no servants, the hostess is missing, and the deputy mayor has shot himself in the head (it’s only a flesh wound). As the confusions and miscommunications mount, the evening spins off into classic farcical hilarity.
Tickets range from $18-$36. View the full schedule and purchase tickets at centerstageshelton.org.
