Windham Theatre Guild to Stage FOREVER PLAID: PLAID TIDINGS, 11/6-21
Everyone loves to hear those great hits from yesteryear...so now's your opportunity to head back in time the Windham Theatre Guild presents FOREVER PLAID: PLAID TIDINGS opening Friday, November 6th at the Burton Leavitt Theatre.
The legendary Plaids come back to earth to spread yuletide joy with the greatest Holiday hits of the ages. This show offers the best of Forever Plaid tied-up in a nifty package with a big Christmas bow on top! Filled with Christmas standards that have all been "Plaid-erized," the boys are back to do their Christmas Special.
Sprinkled among the Christmas offerings are audience favorites like their riotous three minute and eleven second version of The Ed Sullivan Show -- this time featuring the Rockettes, the Chipmunks and The Vienna Boys Choir, and a Plaid Caribbean Christmas which puts the "Day-O" in Excelsis!
Under the direction of Pam Pellegrine and music direction of Ken Clark, this outstanding cast includes Dan Pavone, Rafael Sierra, Chad Dominique, and Rusty Macha.
FOREVER PLAID: PLAID TIDINGS runs November 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 & 21 at 8:00pm, Thursday the 19th at 7:30pm and a Sunday matinee on November 15th at 2:00pm. Tickets are $22 for adults, $19 for students and seniors, and $14 for children under 12. UCONN/ECSU/QVCC Students pay $14 with student ID. Anyone who buys a ticket at the door on Thursday, November 15th will pay the kid's price of just $14. This special offer does NOT apply to tickets reserved in advance.
