The Windham Theatre Guild presents a fundraising production of Marcus Is Walking by Joan Ackermann. This delightful comedy examines the emotional landscape we roam as we travel in our cars. Comprised of eleven vignettes, the show explores themes such as control, navigation, love and escape. "In Ackermann's hands, the maps that are not so easily read are what count. This is a play about connections and how we make them; how we get to where we are or where we are going, over roads that are not always so well-traveled...[a] remarkable, thoroughly engaging new play..." -Berkshire Eagle.

This SPECIAL FUNDRAISER will help fill the hole left by reduced State funding and pay the Windham Theatre Guild's winter-time lighting and heating bills. The show will be presented on Friday and Saturday, December 9 & 10 at 8pm and Sunday, December 11 at 2pm at the Burton Leavitt Theatre, 779 Main Street, Willimantic. Tickets are just $10.
