Windham Theatre Guild Holds Auditions For THE MOVIE GAME 1/25 & 1/26
The Windham Theatre Guild will hold open auditions for the fresh and original comedy The Movie Game, winner of the Mark Twain Comedy Playwriting Award. Jack Goldberg loves movies! He loves them so much that he can't keep a job and still lives with his overbearing parents. In an attempt to shake the rut he is in, Jack agrees to see "the shrink to the stars" whose idea of therapy is to have Jack play the leading man in his own romantic comedy. In a journey that combines humor and heart, laughter and love, you'll be treated to a comedy that tips its hat to such classic films as The Philadelphia Story, Annie Hall and When Harry Met Sally.
